Kona snow and Cherries is my first Mirrorly App assisted design. It is based on a picture of Kona coffee flowers, referred to as Kona snow. This is the original picture, after I kaleidoscoped it with the App. Then I colored it with Colorscape to get a rough plan of my color scheme before I drafted a pattern and started the appliqué. I tried to be extra bold with my thread choices, and I am pleased with the result.
Oh yes, I am very happy with my matched border print corners!
