I have the first bit of appliqué glue basted on and have decided against the rest of my original plan.
Now I am trying to decide if I want to add more red or if I’m done. I painted some new red in with an art app on my phone and I think the second picture is my new plan. Too bad I cut out all those other pieces already. I based this quilt on an enlarged version of Wendy Shepherd’s Star Gazer pattern, but I don’t even have a working name for it-it’s that quilt that still needs more red, rather unwieldy, right!!?
